Promoter and Managing Director
Mr. Mayur Sojitra is 37 years old and the managing director of our company. He holds Bachelor of Pharmacy from Gujrat University & MBA (International Business) from University of Greenwich, London. He possesses over a decade of experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry as he was initially a partner in Accretion Pharmaceuticals, a partnership firm engaged in manufacturing and trading a variety of pharmaceutical products, including tablets, capsules, liquids, and other forms. Their operations also extended to pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, and Ayurvedic medicines, along with trading and supply chain management. It was subsequently converted into a company, wherein he transitioned as Director and continues to play a key role in its management. He has also been serving as a Director in Accresha Lifecare Private Limited since 2021 and has been associated with our Company since its inception. He also holds a partnership position in M/s Accretion INC engaged in similar line of activity. His strong leadership skills and expertise in strategic management, along with diverse background, encompassing both technical knowledge and managerial acumen, positions him to lead the Company’s future expansion and innovation initiatives.
Mr. Ankurkumar Shantilal Patel
Promoter and Whole Time Executive Director
Mr. Ankurkumar Shantilal Patel, aged 38 years, is serving as the Whole-time Director of the Company. He holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy from L.J. Pharmacy College Ahmedabad, Master of Pharmacy- Ayurved from Gujrat Ayurved University. He possesses over 16 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical industry. He began his career in 2009 as a Trainee Officer at Vasu Healthcare Pvt. Ltd., and subsequently worked with Emami Limited in the QA/QC Department and with Sri Sri Ayurveda Trust as a Research Executive. He later served as R&D Incharge in Vital Care Private Limited and lately as R&D Manager at Sahajanand Life Sciences private Limited. Since 2021, he has been associated with the Accretion Group as a Director and has been actively involved in research, innovation, and operational management. His extensive technical expertise, coupled with leadership capabilities, has significantly contributed to the Company’s growth and strategic development.
Mr. Paraskumar Vinubhai Parmar
Promoter and CFO & Executive Director
Mr. Paraskumar Vinubhai Parmar, aged 36 years, is the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director of the Company. He has done Bachelor of Pharmacy from L.J. Pharmacy College Ahmedabad & Master of Arts (International Business) from University of Greenwich, London. He has over a decade of experience in financial management, strategic planning, business account operations, and risk management across multiple sectors. Before joining the Company, he served as a Financial Accounts Manager at Salasji Limited, London, where he was responsible for managing client accounts, credit control, debt recovery, and financial reporting. Since 2019, he has been a Founding Partner at Accretion Inc., Ahmedabad, overseeing accounting operations, client relationship management, and strategic financial planning. He also provides independent financial advisory services with a focus on investment planning, debt restructuring, and capital budgeting. Mr. Parmar has been instrumental in guiding business growth through robust financial strategies, compliance frameworks, and performance-driven financial planning.
Mr. Harshad Nanubhai Rathod
Promoter and Non-Executive Director
Mr. Harshad Nanubhai Rathod, aged 38 years, is a Non-Executive Director of the Company. He holds Bachelor of Pharmacy from L.J. Pharmacy College Ahmedabad & MBA from Madhyanchal Professional University, Bhopal. He has over 14 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector, with expertise spanning new product development, regulatory affairs, and finance. He also serves as a Director in Accretion Pharmaceuticals Ltd. and as a partner in Accretion INC. He has also co-founded a pharmaceutical marketing firm, Recspeed Healthcare, focusing on innovative healthcare solutions. Mr. Rathod brings valuable strategic insights and sectoral expertise to the Board through his extensive experience in pharmaceutical operations and business development.
Mr. Hardik Mukundbhai Prajapati
Promoter and Non-Executive Director
Mr. Hardik Mukundbhai Prajapati, aged 37 years, is a Non-Executive Director of the Company. He has done Bachelor of Pharmacy from L.J. Pharmacy College Ahmedabad and Masters of Pharmacy from Gujrat Technological University. He has over 14 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with expertise in strategic leadership, product development, and operational management. He was engaged in Manufacturing process at Lincoln pharmaceuticals Ltd & Marketing at Recspeed Healthcare. He has been serving as a Partner in M/s Accretion Pharmaceuticals, a partnership firm from 2013 which was subsequently converted into a company, wherein he transitioned as Director and continues to play a key role in its management. He is also a Partner in Accretion Inc., which is engaged in a similar line of activity. His experience includes overseeing pharmaceutical operations, driving growth strategies, and optimizing business processes. During his academic career, he worked on the formulation and development of controlled porosity osmotic pump tablets, with his research being published in “Inventi Journals.” Mr. Prajapati brings strong industry expertise and strategic acumen to the Board.
Mr. Vivek Ashok Kumar Patel
Promoter and Non-Executive Director
Mr. Vivek Ashok Kumar Patel, aged 37 years, serves as a Non-Executive Director of the Company. He holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy from L.J. Pharmacy College Ahmedabad and MBA in Pharmaceutical Industry Management from Padamashree Dr. D.Y. Patil University, Navi Mumbai. Vivek gained hands-on experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing during his training at Alive Pharma, Ahmedabad, which inspired him to elevate his career by pursuing MBA is Pharma. Following his MBA, he donned marketing role, spending three years as a Marketing Executive at Merck Ltd, a German multinational corporation, in the Ahmedabad region. During his tenure at Merck, Vivek acquired valuable insights into marketing, logistics, and finance. He was also a Partner in M/s. Accretion Pharmaceuticals, a partnership firm engaged in the manufacturing of pharmaceutical products, which was subsequently converted into a company. Following its conversion, he was appointed as a Director of the company. With over 14 years of diversified experience in both production and marketing within the pharmaceutical industry, Mr. Patel brings with him extensive experience in pharmaceutical operations and business management, contributing valuable insights to the Board.
